Our garage was so close to completely breaking so I called Samsons and he came out the next day and determined the cause of the suddenly loud motor. He replaced the broken parts and gave me full autonomy in deciding what to fix. I’m going to have him back to replace our rollers soon and hopefully get the most out of these two garage door motors.
